"Il servizio dell'hotel è eccellente. Le camere sono pulite e tempestive, e dotate di aria condizionata. L'ambiente circostante dell'hotel è tranquillo e è molto vicino al centro della città e alla stazione ferroviaria. Ci sono molte rotte di trasporto da scegliere vicino all'hotel."

"Francamente, la dimensione della stanza è superiore alla mia immaginazione, un appartamento molto ampio.La cucina dovrebbe essere costruita in tutti. Possiamo fare colazione e cena da soli. Possiamo lavarci i vestiti per una notte. Abbiamo un senso di casa, che le strutture sono più vecchie. E'anche molto conveniente viaggiare, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al supermercato, e la prossima volta penserà qui."

"Absolute brilliant hotel, staff so friendly and welcoming, can I just say, paul on reception was an absolute legend, as I rang up in the morning to request an early check-in as we arrived after 12 and check-in wasn't untill 3, but paul put a lock on our room, so it was ready for us when we arrived, give that man a raise. Perfect location and comfortable rooms, will deffo recommend, and if im visiting Newcastle again, I think this hotel will be my first choice, depending on price. "Check in is quite late as other hotels I’ve stayed at are around 12-2 this is 4pm, once eventually in we got to the room and wanted to get a shower which the shower head was full of limescale and when the shower is on the bath started filling with water it wasn’t draining so couldn’t get a shower as the water was horrible gathering in the bath and the shower curtain stunk! The room was ok but cleaning is definitely not the strong point, I would look at alternative hotels in the future."

"L'hotel è situato vicino al fiume. Abbiamo ricevuto un accogliente benvenuto dal personale dell'hotel. La stanza è completamente attrezzata con servizi di cucina di base. Vorrei solo ringraziare il ragazzo che ha accolto al front desk, ci ha concesso tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno e è super cura degli ospiti. Sceglieremo sicuramente questo hotel se viaggiamo di nuovo in questa parte del paese."

"Very spacious hotel. Checkin needed to be done at the holiday inn nearby. Free car park but space is very limited. Overall it was great."

"Grande hotel & personale In passato un mariott così le camere sono di buona qualità l'hotel è un po 'di cammino in luoghi, ma si è davvero disturbato a questo prezzo! È certamente più economico e piacevole, WiFi gratuita, parcheggio gratuito, cibo è costoso ma ci sono più opzioni in strada."

"The apartment was very nice and also bigger than we expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. They also allowed us to take our dog at the last minute as we were let down. It cos £20. It was close to where we were going to see the concert (a 4 minute walk) The only problem was I paid trip in advance , and Roomzzz charged me again, which I had to ring and find out what was going on. They have said the money will be back in the account in a few days, so let's see"

"Great hotel for the money, well furnished with good food and drinks options. Traveling around is easy with the metro down the road and the bus stop right outside that takes you direct into town."

"Lo spazio è grande, le strutture sono complete, anche lavastoviglie e giardino.La posizione è buona.Se c'è olio e salsa, è meglio.Ho solo un pasto, come comprare un piatto, e ho finito di bruciare.Quindi non c'è riso."
